Ordering Information
When you are ready to place your order, click on the “Checkout” link in the top navigation bar.
All of the items that are in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart first and then click “Update Cart.” Your credit card will not be charged until you have gone all the way through the checkout process and have finalized and submitted your order.
Methods of Payment
We are not able to accept cash or credit vouches.
Custom Nutrition Warehouse currently accepts the following forms of payment:

- American Express
- Money order by mail (please use the address on the Contact Us page).
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, as well as the billing name and address. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Tax Policy
We are required to collect sales tax on items shipped to New York.
Shipping
Cozmar Nutrition - Bodybuilding, Fitness Supplements - Bulk Supplements will make every effort to ship all orders the same business day that they are placed. Emails will be sent when the order is placed, and again when the order has shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
All orders shipped within the United States will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, or Fed Ex Ground. Charges are determined by weight and location of destination.
International Shipping Policies
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the location, as determined by the United States Postal Service or UPS shipping rates. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
In some instances, very large orders will incur additional shipping costs. If you think that your order may induce these charges, please email us before you order.
Returns and Exchanges
If, within 30 days of your purchase date, you desire a refund, you MUST email us first to obtain an authorization code. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not subject to a refund. Refunds apply to unopened products only.
Please know that we offer no specific guarantees of any product or their implied effect. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bulk items. Some powders will not mix well, others will taste bad, and some customers will not see desired effects from our products because of poor diet, exercise regimens, or over-all poor health habits.
